Abuse cases are recorded within Epik's customer service system, and you should receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Epik makes a concerted effort to respond to every abuse report within 24 hours and to take prompt action, as appropriate, to stop illegal or nefarious activity. In some cases, it may be advisable for the person reporting abuse to contact the domain registrar and/or web host, either of which may be a company other than Epik, or even to report allegedly illegal activity to law enforcement authorities. Note that Epik may reach a conclusion that no abuse has occurred or that Epik does not have jurisdiction or authority to adjudicate in some cases. Epik maintains a record of abuse reports (as required by ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement section 3.18.3) for "the shorter of two (2) years or the longest period permitted by applicable law".
